Enrollment and Registration

  1. Enrollment and registration of freshmen

    (1). Freshmen shall enroll and register at the School of International Education, Xinxiang Medical University with passport, Admission Letter and JW201 Form or JW202 Form within the specified time, shall fill in the Enrollment Form for International Students in Xinxiang Medical University, get the Handbook for International Students in Xinxiang Medical University and submit other necessary documents for inspection in accordance with the requirements of Admission Letter, shall prepare four 2-inch bareheaded photos with front white background. Postgraduates and high-level professional advanced students shall register at their college after registering at the School of International Education.

    (2). When registering, the self-financed students shall present the tuition payment receipt or relevant bank payment certificate, or pay the fees on site within the registration time specified in Admission Letter.

    (3). Those who are unable to register on time for some reasons shall obtain the permission of the School of International Education in advance. Those who fail to register two weeks after the deadline without any reason shall be deemed to have automatically waived their admission qualification.

    (4). The international students’ Admission Letter shall be subject to the official seal of the School of International Education, Xinxiang Medical University, and any documents issued by any other unit or individual shall be invalid.

2. Entrance education for freshmen

After the entrance of freshmen, the School of International Education and relevant departments will organize entrance education for international students, including the explanation of relevant laws and regulations in China, the introduction to school rules and regulations, the course selection and training, and the study of handbook for international students, etc. Each freshman must attend on time as arranged by the School of International Education.

3. Enrollment and registration of students at school

When term begins, the students at the School of International Education shall enroll and register at the School of International Education with student ID card and passport on the specified date, and shall check the passport number, the validity of residence permit and the personal information, such as address and contact information. The student ID card shall be valid only after it is stamped with the registration stamp. The students who have won Chinese government scholarship and Confucius Institute scholarship must sign the Scholarship Student Registration Form every school year. Those who are unable to register on time for some reasons shall apply for leave in advance, otherwise they shall be treated as absenteeism. Those who fail to register two weeks after the deadline without any reason shall be treated as automatic dropout. The paid tuition shall not be refunded, and the applied residence permit or the extended visa shall be reported to the Exit-Entry Administration Division of Xinxiang Public Security Bureau for cancellation.
